Chesterfield County, Virginia (WRIC) – The Chesterfield and Colonial Heights Crime Investigation Campaign is asking for help in finding two fugitives.
26-year-old Jenna Daniel Kelly is wanted for possession of controlled substances. Kelly’s height is 5 feet 7 inches, weight 145 pounds, green eyes and blonde hair.
31-year-old Oscar Ortiz is wanted for failing to appear on charges of hard drugs. Ortiz is 5 feet 6 inches tall, weighs 150 pounds, has brown eyes and brown hair.
