The winning numbers for the $754 million Powerball jackpot have been announced

Monday’s Powerball winning numbers are 5, 11, 22, 23, 69 and Powerball 7. After no one won Saturday’s top prize, Powerball jackpot has grown to approximately $754 million—the fifth-largest prize in the game and the ninth-largest in US lottery history.

No one has won the Powerball jackpot since Nov. 19, 2022, which has allowed the top prize to increase for 34 drawings since then, the lottery said news release. To win the jackpot, a ticket must match all six numbers drawn, including the sixth Power Ball.

The odds of winning the jackpot are just 1 in 292.2 million, according to Powerball.

Although no one won Saturday’s top prize, more than 2 million tickets won cash prizes totaling $20 million, Powerball said. Four tickets matched five numbers, winning $1 million each for tickets sold in Florida, New Jersey, Oregon and Pennsylvania. In addition, 64 winning tickets valued at $50,000 and 17 winning tickets valued at $100,000 were sold.

For Powerball, the low odds of matching all six numbers and the recently added third weekly drawing allow the jackpot to grow quite quickly over the course of several months, with the last Powerball jackpot winner taking home a whopping 2 billion dollars last November.

The Powerball lottery is available in 45 of the 50 US states, except Washington, Puerto Rico and the US Virgin Islands.
