MARTINSWILE, Virginia – The Virginia Sheriff’s Office can identify its goat, but Tom Brady shouldn’t think he’s being challenged.

A Martinsville bulletin reports that County Sheriff’s Captain Henry Scott Barker said Feb. 13 that goat helped two lawmakers wash away a suspect they were chasing.

Barker said that when an MP investigating the home attack case told the suspect he was under arrest, the suspect fled.

He went through the fence and across the field. The goat followed the man into the wooded area and eventually with the help of another deputy drove him away.
