Garner, NC (WNCN) – Authorities announced the fourth arrest on Friday following the shooting in Harley of Alexander Shirley, the son of TV star Ron Shirley from “Lizard Licking a Tow”.
Shirley, 21, was found shot at the Sheetz store in Garner on Feb. 17, deputies said.
A 20-year-old woman was also injured in the shooting. Towing company said on Facebook that she was paralyzed.
On Friday, representatives of the Johnston County Sheriff’s Office said 38-year-old Diana Sarah Jackson is accused of obstructing justice in the case.
Jackson’s arrest comes a day after 21-year-old Cassidy Lauren Hunter was arrested and charged with an accessory after the fact. Earlier this week, two teenage boys were also arrested, accused of murder and attempted murderreported at the sheriff’s office.
On Friday, deputies said the investigation was still ongoing.
After Shirley’s death, the company that runs Lizard Lick Towing and Recovery asked for privacy in a Facebook post.
“At this time, we are asking for your prayer and your respect for your family’s privacy,” the Facebook post said. “Ron and Amy will be posting in a few days with the details they want to share. Please know that their faith in God leads them through this horrible situation. ”
Shirley’s funeral will be Saturday.
“Lizard Lick Towing,” which has been monitoring the property’s return business in the suburbs of Raleigh, has been broadcast on TruTV for four seasons since 2011.
