Richmond Police Department Holds Year-End Crime Briefing – Plans to Discuss 2023 Public Safety Plans

RICHMOND, Va. (WRIC) — The Richmond Police Department will hold a 2022 Late Crime Briefing at 11 a.m.

Acting Police Chief Rick Edwards plans to discuss crime statistics as well as the police department’s future plan for public safety. The briefing will be held at the Richmond Police Department Center located on West Grace Street.

The police department says the information provided will help inform the public about crime trends that affect community safety and publicize opportunities for community members to work together to reduce crime.
