Supreme Court. Earl Sears, a Republican and the first black woman in Virginia to be elected to office in the state, spoke on Sunday on Fox News “Futures Sunday Morning.”
When presenter Maria Bartiroma asked about the lawlessness in the form of unconstitutional mandates and street crimes, Earl-Sears said it starts with the president, and complained that “there is no leadership”.
When Bartiroma asked if it was racist for Biden to state that he planned to nominate a black woman to a high court. Earl-Sears declined to describe it this way.
