Chesapeake City will hold a candlelight vigil for the victims of the Walmart shooting

CHESAPEAKE, Va. (WAVY) – The city of Chesapeake will hold a candlelight vigil to remember the victims of the Shooting at Walmart Tuesday night.

According to A tweet from the city of Chesapeakea vigil will be held on Monday November 28th at 6pm at Chesapeake City Park, located at 900 City Park Drive.

Mayor Rick West is expected to attend and invites the community to attend to honor the victims.

Six Walmart employees were killed in a shooting Tuesday night. City officials say two people remain hospitalized as of Thursday, Nov. 24, one in serious condition and the other in moderate/improved condition.
