LAS VEGAS (CLASS) – The desert in the southwest is filled with strange, historical and absolutely strange things. Last week, two properties appeared on the market with a rather obscene and scandalous history.

Dennis Hoff’s Love Ranch brothel for sale in the tiny Crystal community of Nevada. In Sandy Valley, the former nudist ranch Nevada Sun Rancho is also available.

The brothel at Crystal is located just over 80 miles northwest of Las Vegas, and the Sandy Valley is about 45 miles southwest directly on the Nevada-California border.

Love Ranch may now be best known as a brothel Lamar Odom overdosed in 2015. It is also the place where its owner, Dennis Hoff, died in 2018.

On the list for $ 1.2 million Love Ranch sale includes much more than a brothel, which has 15 one-bedroom apartments, two new kitchens and a new bar. An excavator, caterpillar, advertising truck and limousine are also included, as well as 75 acres of land.

The sale also includes another newly renovated bar, two manufactured houses and another 21 built-up plots, ready for construction in Crystal and Pahramp.

Drive about 65 miles south on Highway 160 and a few miles across the desert and you’ll end up in the Sandy Valley with a population of about 1,700 people.

This is in Sandy Valley, where real estate is sold, once known as Nevada Sun Rancho, and before that as Las Vegas Sun Club. From 1989 to 2007, this facility was a nudist ranch for at least 12 years.

The ranch is there for $ 475,000 and is described as a property with seven bedrooms and five bathrooms, occupying 2.25 acres.
