PORTSMOTH, Virginia (WAVY) – Police are investigating a murder after a man was found deadly wounded last night.
According to Portsmouth police, a call about the shooting was received around 2:13 a.m. Saturday morning in Quarter 600 on Mount Vernon Avenue.
Officials tell 10 On Your Side, when they arrived at the scene, they found a man with a fatal gunshot wound.
